Wheat pizza dough

Wheat Pizza dough (no sugar)

2 cups whole wheat flour (NOT stone ground), 1/2 cup wheat germ, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 TB honey, 1 cup hot water, packet of yeast. Mix lightly, do not over knead. Heat pizza stone at 525 for 15 min, roll dough as thin as possible and transfer quickly onto hot lightly floured stone. Top as desired. Bake about 10-15 min
