5 Tried-and-True Sports Bra Recommendations

Sometimes finding the right sports bra is harder than the work you do in it. There are so many different styles, brands, and fits to choose from, it’s almost impossible to know what will work for you. It could seriously take you weeks—or even months—to find a sports bra that you really like. That said, I’ve complied a list of my tried-and-true favorites to help you narrow down the field. I know we’re all busy and don’t have time to shop around or order online and then return because an item doesn’t fit. Plus, we’re all different with regard to our bodies and what we find comfortable, so I hope you find this post helpful.

This list includes sports bras that are top-quality, supportive, comfy, stylish, and great for high-impact activities—basically, they’re all-around awesome sports bras and they have treated me well over the years. I can’t recommend them enough, and I hope you love them as much as I do!

Moving Comfort Juno

I LOVE the Juno sports bra. It’s really supportive, which means it’s awesome for all kinds of workouts—from KFIT to training for a half marathon. What I really love about it is that it’s comfy and it looks cute under a tank top or t-shirt. You know how some of those high-impact sports bras out there are just kind of ugly? Well, the Juno is stylish and comes in all sorts of fun colors and patterns. It’s also a racer-back with adjustable, Velcro straps for a perfect fit and it gives you the shape you want—which means no uni-boob!

Moving Comfort Maia

The Maia sports bra (add link) from Moving Comfort was my go-to sports bra during and after my pregnancy. It’s super supportive with full coverage material and adjustable straps, so you don’t have to worry about anything slipping out or bouncing around. They also come in bra sizes, so they have a more personalized fit.

Lululemon TaTa Tamer

The Lululemon Tata Tamer fits so well. It comes in bra sizes (32D, 32DD, 34E), so you can find a perfect fit—none of that small, medium, large stuff. They have both adjustable and crossable straps, so you can wear them two different ways and based on what you think is most comfortable. I personally think the crisscross option provides the most support and looks great with racer back tops.

This sports bra is very similar to the Tata Tamer, but a whole lot cheaper. You can find it at Target for a fraction of the price compared to what Lululemon charges!

Champion All Out Support II Full-Figure High-Impact Sports Bra

If you’re someone who thinks they need to double up on sports bras to get the support you need, look no further! This sports bra from Champion has a double outer layer that provides maximum support with adjustable, crisscross-able straps for some serious support. It also comes in bra sizes for the best fit.
